The 8-Session Journey
Eight sessions. One story worth finishing.
A structured, three-month path through your story, your grief, your identity, your faith, and the life you’re rebuilding. Enough structure to move you forward, enough flexibility to meet you wherever a given week finds you.
What this is
A program built around you, not a curriculum
Who is this For
You're processing a major loss.
A spouse, a child, a parent, and you want structured, comprehensive support, not just a single conversation.
You've tried therapy, or you're in therapy now, and you want something alongside it.
Mentoring adds the relational, faith-centered piece that clinical care doesn't.
You're ready to commit to the process.
You know eight sessions of real work will take about three months, and you're ready for that.

What happens after session 8?
Finishing the journey doesn’t mean the grief is finished. Some men are ready to stand on their own after eight sessions. Others want someone still in their corner for the road ahead, especially around the anniversaries, birthdays, and holidays that catch you off guard. That’s what Extended & Custom Support is built for.

Questions you might have
Do I have to commit to all 8 sessions?
Is this only for Christians?
Still Here is faith-based, but you don’t need to have it all figured out. If you’re open to faith being part of the conversation, you’re welcome here.
I'm not sure I'm ready to talk to anyone yet. Is that okay?
Yes. There’s no timeline you’re supposed to be on. Start with a free call, no pressure to commit to anything beyond that conversation.
What's the difference between this and therapy?
Therapy is clinical and diagnosis-driven. Mentoring is relational, it’s walking alongside you with honesty, faith, and lived experience, not a treatment plan. Still Here isn’t a replacement for licensed therapy, but for many people it’s exactly the kind of support traditional therapy doesn’t offer.
How long does the support last?
It depends on the path you choose. One-on-one mentoring runs eight sessions. The Table meets ongoing. You’re never locked into more than you’re ready for.
How much does it cost?
Let's talk, no pressure.
15 minutes. No agenda, no forms to fill out, just a conversation about where you’re at.
No commitment, just a conversation
